5. EMI Facility

  • EMI financing is subject to eligibility and approval.
  • Customers must pay the required down payment before order processing.
  • Available EMI tenures may include 3, 6, 9, or 12 months, subject to approval.
  • Customers agree to pay all installments on or before their due dates.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in late fees, financing suspension, collection proceedings, or other remedies permitted by law.
  • Separate EMI agreements may apply and form part of the transaction.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.
  • Customers are advised to inspect products at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately.

7. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

  • Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
  • Returned products must be in original condition with all accessories, manuals, packaging, and proof of purchase.
  • Cellonn reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving refunds or replacements.

  • Fraudulent activities may result in order cancellation, account suspension, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.
